Telecommunication Agency updates cellular operators
 

 

In a bid to protect cellular phone users, The National Agency for the Regulation of Telecommunication has satisfied over half a million people by asking Cellular phone Operators( MTN and Orange) not to charge cellular phone users for the first eight seconds each time a call was being transferred into the voice mail. After MTN, Orange has already implemented the decision , as a result, most users have been able to take advantage and saved some money while it has enabled young people to increase ‘biping’.
